Over 20+ years I've led across B2B sales, operations, and executive roles in technology, security, payments, and EdTech. I've founded a company, held VP titles, managed P&L, hired and developed teams, and opened markets from scratch. The thread through all of it: I take ownership, I fix what's broken, and I build what's missing.
At D2T I grew regional revenue 70% in under six months while simultaneously building the company's internal operational infrastructure: policies, onboarding systems, dispatch, compliance, and payroll oversight, all built from the ground up. At ReVisionED I scaled a multi-market organization to 70% YoY growth with 85% client retention. At CoCard I took close rates from 30% to 86% by rebuilding the sales process entirely.
I do my best work in environments where there's real work to be done: a market to open, a team to build, a system to fix, or a number to hit. I'm not a consultant who hands off recommendations. I'm the person who stays until the job is done.
